company looking for an experienced Office Manager to assist Operations Manager with daily
demands of running a business.

JOB DUTIES include but not limited to:
-Purchase Orders
-Billing
-Accounts Receivable
-Processing Invoices
-Answering phones
-Scheduling
-Dispatching Technicians
-Other Various Administrative Tasks

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Marketing experience a plus.
- Must have excellent typing, computer and customer service skills.
- Must have clean background
- Must be detail oriented, organized and dependable
- Must be willing to accept new tasks with a positive attitude
